SPRING TERM is coming soon!

The spring term will run April 7 - June 14.        

 

WINTER TERM  runs through March 19th!

Classes are currently  offered in-person and with live zoom options.

 

***We plan to return to an all in-person class schedule beginning with spring term.  Our live zoom option may be available for some classes, but the majority of classes will be offered in the studio.***

 

Please review our annual and seasonal fees and policies below.

 

*Class sizes are very limited at this time.  Tuition is due in full at time of registration to hold your spot.

*No refunds unless classes are canceled by the studio. Credits issued for withdrawal due to Covid illness/contact of student. (Withdrawal with fewer than seven days notice will result in a processing fee.)

*Remote-only students receive 20% off tuition.

*Sorry, no other discounts at this time. Due to safetey protocols resulting in limited class sizes no discounts are available this term.

ANNUAL & SEASONAL FEES

Class sizes are limited. Placement is based on 'first come first served'. Registation is ongoing, provided space is available.

Annual Enrollment Fee

$15.00 for individuals
$20.00 for families.

Enrollment fee covers Fall through Summer.

Fee is not assessed for classes running five weeks or fewer.

Fall, Winter, and Spring Dance Classes

Class terms vary from 10 to 12 weeks.

Tuition is priced accordingly and covers the full term.
Classes running six weeks or shorter in length are NOT eligible for discounts.

Fees may be prorated for late enrollment during any term.

Please note: teen/adult classes are intended for high school age and older.

Summer Dance Classes and Camps

Punch Cards: Not available in 2020.

Dance class drop-ins: $15
*Drop-ins and make-ups MUST be scheduled ahead. Text request to: 541-829-0070.

We ask that you kindly notify us if you plan to be absent from your enrolled class. 

There are no discounts or enrollment fees for summer.

Tuition is due prior to the start of session.

Late fees of $15 may be assessed after 1 week.

Please make checks payable to Downtown Dance and include the participant name in the memo section.

No refunds will be given.

MISCELANEOUS FEES

Drop In Fee

$15/class for non-registered students. $13/class for registered students. Available for teen/adult classes only. (Summer term: any weekly class.)

Due to Covid-19 class sizes are strictly limited so all drop-ins must be scheduled ahead. Text requests to: 541-829-0070.

Trial Class

First time students can contact us to set up a $10 trial class.

Scholarships & Payment Plans

Limited scholarships may be available. Payment plans can be arranged on an individual basis. Contact us to learn more.

 

DISCOUNTS

Only one discount can be taken per individual.    Discount applies to tuition only.

 *No discounts applied this term.*

 

Family Discounts

Family discounts are available to families with multiple dance participants enrolling in classes during the same term. 10% discount for each dancer.

 

Multi Class Discounts

Available to participants registering for more than one class.

2 classes/week is a 10% discount
3 classes/week is a 20% discount
4 classes/week is a 25% discount

 

College Students Discount

College students are eligible for a 10% discount.

MAKEUP CLASSES

Student Absence

In the event of student absence, missed classes can be made up during the same session in which the student is enrolled with instructor approval, provided a comparable class exists.

PLEASE NOTIFY US with as much notice as possible if you will be absent from your enrolled class.

Class Cancellation

In the event of class cancellation due to illness or weather, no refunds will be given, however make ups can be made, when possible.

If a full class or camp session is canceled by the studio, refunds will be given. 

Student cancellation due to Covid illness or contact will result in a full credit, proivided at least five days of notice has been given.
